Wesley Intern Appreciation--Spring 2011

At the end of every school year, we have one last event to celebrate the year and everything that it has held. We have done different things throughout the years from having dinner in the Wesley chapel and got a performance by a magician, last year we went to a farm, had bbq and played with snakes, and this year, we went on a surprise trip to Atlanta and ate at Fogo de Chao. It was amazing! The theme for the internship throughout the entire year was abundance and living in the abundant life that Jesus has for us. We focused a lot on the verse John 10:10 throughout the year and explored the many ways that we can have and live in abundant life. It was a perfect way to end the year--at Fogo de Chao where the food is definitely in abundance! If you have never been there, it is a great place to go...especially for hungry boys...which Wesley has a lot of! They have an all you can eat "salad bar" which is waaaay more than just salad...it is veggies, cheese and crackers, salad, etc. THEN they have waiters coming around to your table all night with different types of meat...they won't stop coming until you tell them to! It was great! It was such a great way to end such an eventful year. Here are some pictures:
